Are you curious about writing a book, want to write a book, or want to know about the publishing industry? Every single person I know has a book in them. And 99.999 percent of people (science) who come to me don’t know where to start. So I tell them!
Don’t worry about the whole book. Start with the book proposal — a specific and thorough “pitch deck” of sorts for your idea, structure, and art to become a reality.
A proposal is a mix of art and science to convince a publisher that you are worth investing in.
I’m hosting a 1-hour Zoom (45-minute presentation + 15 minutes of Q&A) on November 12, 2025 to introduce you to the publishing world and a bit about what a proposal looks like based on my laundry list of expertise. I’ve written two books and advised on many more, but more important — I’ve written dozens of book proposals.
My background as both a writer and a publicist I have unique expertise in this specific topic.
